If you're having trouble connecting your Tableau Server, it's probably because your server runs inside your company network and your firewall prevents a connection from outside.

In order to use Kiwi, ask your IT admin to whitelist our servers to allow a connection between Tableau and Kiwi.

The following static IPs are used by Kiwi to connect and need to be whitelisted:

Instead of whitelisting, we can also set up a VPN connection between our servers. However, this requires a little more configuration on both sides. Please contact us if you want to set this up.
